Spring Break

Well, it's been a busy week of spring break and it's hard to believe that it is almost over. We've been wearing the grandparents out, and loving every minute of it. Well, except for the horrible cold that struck half of us out for a good portion of the week.
The boys have been enjoying playing ball with Papa in the yard, watching Star Wars, and just enjoying each other's company.

Yesterday we were finally all pretty much healthy and the weather was beautiful so we headed to the zoo for the first time this year, then on to the Kids Kingdom playground, and lunch at Chick-fil-A.



Today it was raining and we weren't sure what to do with the energetic kids, but Papa suggested a video arcade or some such thing. Somehow or other we ended up at Chuck-E-Cheeses. We had a really good time, Papa trying to show the kids how to play the games while they bounced from one activity to the next. We all left exhausted and on sensory overload. Now I remember why I haven't been there in over a year.
